At first glance, it’s beautiful notion to live very long life. Once I have a family, I will enjoy to make a life with them. Taking care of my grandchild, using money to trip around. I think I will be able to afford my life.
But, how about physical problem? Compared to 20s, my body will not move easily. I think I will not able to dance. I will tired to go up stairs. I love to visit somewhere else. Then I step more than 20000 steps per day. It will be difficult for me to do that. I love stretch to relax, but my flexibility will lose gradually.
To prevent this, I keep being active right now. To build up my physical health, I’ll be more active. Also, to consider my final of life, I wanna say to good bay for all friends of mine. Then I wanna die.
I think living longer life is great concept but you have to think about own physical health.
