In this blog, I’d like to share my favorite restaurants in Ebisu.
Actually, I shared a Yakitori restaurant in Ebisu before, so here is No.2 to share my favorite.
Last month, I felt to have a Spanish cuisines with my colleague so I visited a restaurant called Taberna De Espana Fragante Humo. One of the characteristic feature is that all foods are grilled on firewood. So, compared to other Spanish restaurants, dishes in here are so fragrant and tasty.
Here is what I ordered!

Seafood Paella. Mussels, Clams. I loved it!

Seafood Ajillo. Based on Shrimps and olive oil, best match with tomato.

Oyster made from Hiroshima.
Last year, I went to Hiroshima and had a oyster, which is baked, for the first time. Since my travel, I’ve had oyster when I visit some restaurants and they offer oysters.

Salad with panzetta.

Grilled beef. Must bite cuisine. So fragrant and tasty that I want to refill!
Totally, if you want to have Spanish cuisines in Japan, you have to visit there! I’ve visited other Spanish restaurant in Tokyo, but here is the best. Due to cooking method, it takes a while when you ordered. But it’s sooooo tasty.
While you are waiting, have beverage and talk with your friend!
