Yokohama’s Christmas Market: Lovely Christmas Market with tasty Chinese cuisine

1. Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas!!!

Last week I went to Yokohama Christmas Market with a friend of mine after finishing job. I had been a while to visit a Christmas market. Last time was the Galway’s Christmas market in Ireland when I went there to study abroad. I had a grew wine and sausage. Also there were several souvenir shops. In order to forget dairy stress, that was a special time.

There were many special decorations around Yokohama red brick house.

I asked my friend to take some photos of me.

2. Dinner at Chinatown

Of course, we went to a Chinatown to have a dinner. We satisfied with a lot of those dishes.

We chose Kinri(錦里). Unfortunately, we couldn’t watch a mask show which is a traditional show in China according to HP. But, foods were so tasty that I really want to visit again! (I think I say “I want to go there” every restaurant”.)

Kinri’s HP

An appetizer I always ordered to drink.

Stir-fried 8 kinds of ingredients. Happosai (八宝菜)in Japanese.

Spicy noodle which is my favorite.

Shark fin. I’ve never tried before. The taste was unique and the texture was interesting.

Those dishes were that we ordered.

Anyway, after finishing my work, I was really tired to visit Yokohama honestly. But, thanks to my best friend, this Yokohama trip was fantastic time! Next year, I’ll visit more some famous Christmas market and illumination spots!
