This hot spring (Shinyu Onsen ๆฐๆนฏๆธฉๆณ) is so surprised that you should try to visit. First, it’s close to a Volcano so the smell is like rotten egg. However, the water is white and the texture is very soft that your skin will be clear. I took a bath there and I really enjoyed it!
Be careful, the smell is so strong that you should take only 30 minutes. If you take over 30 minutes, you will feel bad. (According to my grandmother, a customer died long time ago because he took a bath too much time. )And, your clothesโ smell will be also like rotten egg.
4. Other Local Onsen

Kirishima city has also many local hot spring! Basically, visitors stay at a hotel and take an onsen. But, when you drive and walk around Kirishima city, you’ll see local hot springs.
If you’re tired, please take an onsen and massage your foots. You’ll recover your tiredness and feel relaxed!
