Three Tips To Relax And Feel Happy

How do you relax?

Do you wanna recover from daily stress and wanna feel relax?

That’s my eternal assignment. I work everyday and feel stress without conscious. When I commute in the morning, even if I do something to relax, I feel stress.

During holiday, I just sleep. Of course, I can recover from tiredness. However, due to my characteristic, I always feel I loose my free time. Then I feel stress.

In order to relax, I always do following things.

1. Doing My Hobbies

My interests are mainly dancing and reading a book. I mentioned my interests are also studying but sometimes I feel stress because I feel studying is obligation. Except for studying, I read a book. Once I open a page, and focus on the world of a book, I do not feel stress.

Also, 2-3 times a week, I make a choreography and practice dance. Dancing is for me that I have to concentrate on music and body movement. Many times I revise my choreography and check my movement repeatedly. After dancing, I refresh.

2. Taking A little Bit Hot Bath

My colleague recommended for me to take a little bit hot bath. He said take a hot bath a quite long time and sweat a lot. Then take a cold shower. That’s very effective for me. During a bath time, I can watch Netflix and post on my socials. Naturally, I can sweat a lot. After taking a cold shower, I feel so relax.

3. Taking A Sauna

My monthly routine. On salary day, I go to individual room sauna to relax. You know, I can’t use my brain because it’s too hot to think about anything. 5-10 minutes I’m in sauna room then, I take too cold bath one minutes. After taking too cold bath, I relax on a chair 15-20 minutes. Always I sleep on a chair without conscious.

4. Conclusion

Thinking about my routine, it’s important for me to sweat a lot and refresh with cold shower. Also, it’s important for me to concentrate on something because feeling stress means I don’t focus on my really important thing!

To sweat, hot spring is also better idea. If you trip in Japan, don’t miss to take hot spring!
