What’s your hobbies? Many people should have hobbies to forget daily stress. In my case, especially I feel bored my job at the moment, I need to spend my free time to do my hobbies. Here are my hobbies.
- Studying
Rather than forgetting my stress, to change my life, I study a lot. To be an interpreter, I’m studying not only languages but also Japanese history to get license of interpreter. Plus, studying makes me get more confident.
- Dancing
For me, dancing is meditation. To copy dancing of pro’s choreography and create original choreography, I have to focus on my body movement. In addition, in order to link music, I have to concentrate on music. This situation is like mediation because, during mediation, I have to focus on nothing.
- Sleeping
Sleeping is nothing to win any other thing! Sleeping always solve my any problems. It’s effective to sleep when you think too much!
- Taking sauna
Do you sweat a lot? Most people are sweating when you exercise. It’s good for your health because you can build up physically body. But, if you are super busy, sauna can change your everything. In my case, once every month on salary day, I go to sauna to sweat a lot a lot. You know, in a too hot place, I do not only think “I’m too hot!!!”. That situation makes me forget my stress. When you are tired, I strongly recommend you to take sauna!
To sum up, my hobbies are those things. How about you?
