As you know, Sushi is one of Japanese soul foods and sushi has been became as a famous Japanese foods among all over the world. That’s why, when you visit Japanese restaurant in your country, you’ll enjoy to have Sushi!
However, have you ever had authentic Sushi in Japan? When you visit in Japan, you’ll be surprised a lot of Neta (ingredients). Me too! When I visit Sushi bar (round table style), I always get lost which one I should order!

1. How to Enjoy Sushi in Japan
When you order sushi in Japan, it is usually served with a small dish for soy sauce. Wasabi (Japanese horseradish) and soy sauce are often placed on the table, so you can mix them according to your taste.
In some restaurants, the wasabi is already added between the fish and rice by the chef. If you donโt like wasabi, you can always ask for โno wasabiโ (say โsabi-nukiโ in Japanese). Whether you dip your sushi lightly in soy sauce or enjoy it as it is, every piece is a flavorful experience.

2. Tuna Akami (Maguro)

Tuna Akami is the lean red meat of tuna, known for its clean, elegant flavor.
Itโs rich in protein and low in fat, making it a favorite among health-conscious sushi lovers. Usually enjoyed with a touch of wasabi soy sauce, it brings out the umami even more.
3. Tuna Chutoro (Maguro)

Personally, I love it just the way it isโsoft, sweet, and the perfect sushi finale.

Theyโre rich in vitamin B12 and low in fat, making them both healthy and delicious.
