1. Introduction of Tokyo Station
Tokyo Station is a major railway station located in the Marunouchi business district of Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan. It serves as a central transportation hub for the city and is one of the busiest and most iconic train stations in the country.
At the entrance of this station, like this picture, there is a broad park in front of the station. When you take pictures, you can enjoy different atmosphere in the afternoon or at the night

The station building, constructed in the early 20th century, boasts a mix of European and Japanese architectural styles, creating a distinctive and historic atmosphere. Tokyo Station is not only a transportation hub but also a popular landmark, known for its red-brick facade and domed roof.
As a crucial transportation hub, Tokyo Station connects various train lines, including the Shinkansen (bullet train) lines, providing efficient and rapid travel to different parts of Japan.
2. The Character of Tokyo Station
The Marunouchi side of the station is surrounded by upscale shops, restaurants, and offices, making it a vibrant and bustling area within the heart of Tokyo. If you visit Tokyo station, you will lose a road. Tokyo station is like enormous maze and once you go to subway underground, exits are too many like more than 20 exits. Also, there are many kinds of trains. Later, I will make a chapter to concentrate on train in Tokyo.

Surrounding the station, there are many kinds of shops, restaurant in tall buildings. I love taking a walk in this area after my job. Especially, at night, I like take night view photos in this area. I always forget to pass time because everywhere, I can take many beautiful shots.

Here is one of a shopping centre. It’s Kitte. When you go through the entrance, you can see amazing artworks at the centre at first floor.
Moreover, Marunouchi building also has enough restaurants and shops.
My recommendation. First, get off at the Tokyo station and take some photos in the afternoon. Second, go to underground floor and shop around. Third, go to the brilliant restaurant to have a dinner and take a night view photps after that!
Overall, Tokyo Station is not only a gateway to different regions in Japan but also a cultural and architectural landmark that reflects the rich history and modernity of the city.
