I ordered Special ramen. Many Spice and sesame are used for ingredients. Based soup is Tonkotsu so, the combination of spice and garlic was brilliant.
My mother ordered a normal ramen. Please make sure that in Kagoshima, when you order the normal ramen, it’s Tonkotsu ramen. Kagoshima ramen is known as plain Tonkotsu ramen. If you’re not good at Tonkotsu flavor, be careful.
